Regards to model who have been ceased to being distributed

1. Model who have been taken down by their owners for some reason should not be edited ever again.
2. Unless the model creator still allows edits. For example: Kio Miki-non physics- Kio has stated that all his models EXCEPT MIKI are allowed edits and distribution of those edits. Non physics Miki should never be edited. (I am talking about NON Windows100% model)

Regards to editing Windows100% models in detail
You are actually allowed to edit Windows100% models IF you bought them.  

• What you CAN EDIT

1. clothes
2. textures
3. structure

• BUT you can not change the character at all. You can not take parts from the model. For example: I edited BlackRockShooter's hair into one ponytail for dancing reasons. She is still the same BlackRockShooter but only has one ponytail on the back of her hair.

THOUGH having permission is always favored when editing Windows100% models.
